All block payments must be paid in full prior to the lesson.
Block bookings must be used within a three-month period. Refunds will not be given after this time.
A minimum of 48 hours notice is required when cancelling a lesson. Lessons cancelled at short notice may be subject to our normal hourly rate.
Any credit remaining from a block payment will be refunded at the normal hourly rate.
I reserve the right to cancel/postpone any lessons due to unsuitable weather or if a fault develops with the car. You will not be charged for this.
